HOW LONG IS DELIVERY

• Delivery time is 5-7 business days only for united states residents. We currently only deliver in the United States 
• There are currently only 5 items which will take 10 - 30 days for delivery. Those items are bags with red ink in the product description stating deliver time.

WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO DELIVERY

•  Due to the location of some of our MANUFACTURERS  and item developing / Delivery time to us..curtain items takes longer than expect. We apologize for the long wait. 
• Please keep in mind that we are close on weekends and hoildays 

 

WHAT TO DO IF ITEM ARRIVES BROKEN

• If item is damage during delivery contact us by email or on our website. There are no refunds for products damaged by you.

HOW DO I RETURN THE PRODUCT

• We have provided a return address for you. Please do not return items to the manufacturer. If unable to return a item picture proof can also be accepted at this time.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY MONEY IS RETURNED

• Depending on the method of payment, returns can take up to an average of 1-7 days.

 

WHY DID MY ITEM ARRIVE BROKEN

• Sometimes during the delivery process items can get damage. The damage can sometimes be cause from other bigger products coming into contact with objects of smaller size which can result in breakage. During the manufacturing process, sometimes machines can also malfunction resulting in a missing part.
